Finally got a picture with everyone in it! Thank Goodness for Tripods! ...but maybe I need to find the self timer on my new camera...had to switch up to the Rebel to take the shot! It was nice to get together just because!

They are getting there. Mudder is at work, and we hope to start painting next week sometime.

My little guy has started walking! So I need to get my energy up to chase him around. He's getting into everything! Climbing couches, getting down stairs...He's growing up too fast! Oh well, that happens I guess. Love my little monkey!

Renos...

I am so ready to be back in my own space. Lol we're only been living at my Mom and Dad's for a couple weeks, and it's great here and everything. But I need my own stuff back, my own bed, my own bathroom, my own food. Cannot wait until the kitchen is finished. Here's a couple photos of the progress thus far.

This is the view from our front door. Soon to be new kitchen by the right window and island to seperate it from the living room. Very exciting stuff!

Home Sweet Home

Just returned from our week long trip to Ontario for Bryan & Kim's Wedding! It was so much fun, but I'm glad to be back in Carman...even if it is at Mom and Dad's and not my own place!

I Did my first Wedding of the summer. I was a bit nervous at first, but the wedding party was awesome and they were up for anything. Here's a couple of my favs!

My Best Friend's Wedding

Beautiful. I am still tired from all the festivities. The ceremony was Moving. The dinner was Delicious. And the celebration was Unforgettable.

My brain hurts

my brain does no function on 4 hours of sleep. my adorable son had a rough night, so we in turn had a rough night. I'm frustrated. But it's hard to stay that way with his adorable smile and baby blue eyes. I'm a sucker. Golf will be interesting tonight...oh well.

Kids

The Carman Potato Blossom Festival was this weekend, we spent saturday watching our nephew Gavin play soccer, it was fun and relaxing, and a BEAUTIFUL day outside. Just nice to appreciate a day off, sitting outside in the sun.

Sleep...

The Weather today is dreary. But Riley couldn't care less. I wish I could be as carefree as my baby boy. Nothing phases him. Why should I let little things like the weather dictate my mood. My goal for the rest of the day is to be more like Riley. And he's sleeping right now, maybe I should do the same. Have a great weekend!

My Boys

These two boys are my whole world and I love them with all my heart. There is nothing more precious than seeing the love a new father has for his child. This is my favorite picture of Ian & Riley. Somedays I wonder how I got so lucky. He is a wonderful father, very hands on, even changes diapers!! I can't wait to see what kind of trouble they'll get into together...

My baby is hardly a baby anymore. Ten months old, getting into everything and anything. It's so amazing watching him learn new things everyday and grow up right before my own eyes. I know I am his mother but he is the most adoreable little boy in the entire world. Those two bottom teeth just make me melt everytime he smiles at me. Motherhood is truly one of God's greatest gifts.

Lazy Saturdays

The sun is shining. I'm sitting at home. It's quiet. Riley is sleeping. Ian is yard working. I'm bored. So I'm starting a blog. I'll probably post pics and brag about how wonderful my life is. Enjoy the weekend everyone!
